 The practice has a large group of patients for Regenerative Medicine (PRP and Stem cell), Aesthetics (laser, body contouring, hair regrowth, P shot), and Functional Medicine (primarily bio-identical hormones and GI health). There is an opportunity to purchase a top of the line aesthetics laser, the Sciton Joule, that is fully loaded with BBL, Halo, Contour TRL, Clear Silk and Allura. This also includes the Buffalo Filter and Cryo 6 Zimmer chiller as well as a VISIA facial analysis machine ($500,000 value new) for an additional $150,000. In addition, there is an opportunity to buy an all in one centrifuge, cell shaker and incubator called the Centricyte ($45000 new) and Moxiflow cytometer ($8000 new) for counting stem cells for an additional. $15,000. Included with the sale is an Emcyte centrifuge for using Emcyte PRP or BMAC kits and a midmark autoclave for sterilizing tools. I’m willing to train the right buyer that has some background in these areas and can help facilitate a seamless transfer of care. I’ve practiced in SF since 2013 and have a large patient population that is mostly cash pay. I’m moving back to the Midwest to be closer to family and I know I’ll probably never have it this good again. The practice has a ton of potential for growth by adding a nurse to run the laser. The lease for the office space runs through June of 2022 with an option to renew.
