The EC specializes in all commercial work from ground up to tenant improvements with some commercial service work. The company already has $1.5 mil in back log work for 2021 and $3.7 mil for 2022.

The company comes with (2) Company Trucks for Management, (1) Service Van, (1) Forklift and a warehouse full of materials totaling over $30,000+ in inventory. The company has plenty of opportunities with current clients to grow into a 10 million company by adding additional staff.

There are 15 Employees most are long term, (1) Field Superintendent/Project Manager, (1) Part time warehouse/ junior estimator to assist with take offs for estimating. A part time bookkeeper comes in twice a month.

Office space is month to month so the business can relocate at any time.

Current Owner is handling Payroll (twice a month), Invoicing, Sending out Proposals and other misc things and will train the new owner for 2 months. Current Owner would stay on longer as a 1099 Consultant if new owner wants.
